Chukwuemeka Chibueze Igbozuruike, Jr, better known by his stage name JR, is a Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter.
Born on October 14, in Lagos and based in Lagos. JR is a graduate of marketing from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
JR who have been greatly influenced by the likes of M.I, Ice prince, Jay-Z, Eminem, Kanye West and T.I and currently working on his yet to be titled mixtape compilation, has two mixtape tracks so far to his credit which includes; ‘Hands in the air’, (a song about the desire, passion, zeal and determination for achievement, packed with flowing lyrics and punch lines.) and ‘wine some more’ (a dance track with a distinctive blend of rap and pop) which have continually been receiving great commendations from a large population of hip hop lovers.
