#31Days31Reflections- There is this song-drama I did while I was a child, I think maybe around 7 years or 10 years, the drama features several acts singing a song and show casing their talent... I acted as a drunk, so my song was "I have been drinking all my life, I have been drinking all my life, if any body comes and ask about me, just drink and say, I have been drinking all my life", lols...well, the truth was after each bad act, we gave our lives to Christ and became better persons, that ended the drama...
Today we shall be perusing the reflections of a sweet baby, yea, indeed she is sweet... Her name is Peace, wow, aren't you feeling the peacefulness of that name, Peace!!!.....I met madam Peace in Babcock University, we were close friends when we started worshipping at the same center, Living-springs worship center. Then we were also key members in one of the most prestigious Chorale in Babcock University and the world at Large, Axios Chorale..
She is a wonderful person to be with, smiles a lot, especially when I throw those my "dry jokes", lols... Indeed she is blessed and not lucky.. Peace, did you recall that testimony you gave in church based on what God did to save your life from the hands of the armed robbers that stormed Babcock in April 2012, in your words you said, " I was in shock, all I heard was if you run, I will shot you", thank God you didn't run o, because it won't be like all those Nollywood movies where bullets while hit an actor's head, and instead of blasting his brain or something, you will just see a "tomato paste" on his fore head, lols, kai, our Nollywood and their magical scenes....
Okay, Ladies and gentlemen for the 26th day of our #31Days31Reflections, I give you Peace Onyendi..........enjoy her reflections below....
My name is Peace Onyendi, I am a female Business Consultant, from the Igbo tribe... I really appreciate this rare opportunity granted to me by Prince to share my reflections though 2013....
In 2013, I have so much to be thankful for. A wonderful family, good friends, good health, God's protection and Provision, especially through my service years... May his name be praised....
I learnt in 2013, yeah, indeed, a lot, I've learnt that if you want something, you go for it, things don't just happen, u have to work towards making it happen. And If you are not happy, change your situation, no one will change it for you. Also, I learnt to Laugh as much as possible, and be yourself at all times. Be happy and Stay happy, no one should ever make you sad, find a solace in yourself by smiling more. In life, learn to spend less, save more, remember all hands are not equal, don't follow others because you don't know what future plans they have already planned for themselves....
In 2014,I intend to Improve on myself/lifestyle, dive a bit into the music industry, especially as a backup artist, my health. Be the best I can be, and impact in people's lives. Thanks a lot for going through my reflections, God bless you all....
