So it is the fifth day of our project #31Days31Reflections, mehn, am so over excited right now, infact am literarily dancing "Azonto" mixed with "Kukere", lols... I want to thank my ever supportive readers, who take time from no time to read this blog, share it and also drop their comments, may God continually bless you all....
Today, being the 5th day of this project #31Days31Reflections , I want to introduce our reflector, He is Mr. Dapo Olalekan Oladunjoye, I met Mr. Dapo through my besty of life, Kolade Temidayo, at Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti state during my NYSC days, He works with the National Television Authority(NTA) as at the time. I needed a place to spend the night, so i asked my besty who transfered me to him (for fear of her dad chopping off my head, lols), anyways, he took me in, without knowing me from Adam. Mr. Dapo is a good cook, loves excercising and long walks, a lover of American movies(Hollywood), especially the ones that are series related and very hospitable.
Ladies and gentlemen, I humbly give you our fifth reflector, Mr. Dapo.........
Hi great minds, I am Oladunjoye Olalekan Dapo, a Digital Broadcast Engineer( I really love my job), I am a faithful young man from the great yoruba land. I was selected by prince to share my reflections through 2013 in his #31Days31Reflections program, I want to congratulate the young man(Prince), he is doing a good job.
I am thankful for a lot of things through out this Year, first and foremost, God. Yes I thank him so much for placing me in a super great part, his plans for me are truly GOOD to place me in that expected end. Secondly, I am thankful for Life, yes, because when there is life, there is hope and where there is hope, the future remains brighter. Thirdly, I thank God for my Family, they have been a strong pillar for me through 2013, during my trials, progress, decisions and a shoulder to lean on.
Also, I am thankful for the Privilege that God gave me to meet wonderful people through out the year, the list is endless and I don't want to exceed the allocated slot awarded me by mr TatafoEfon. I also want to thank God most especially for my Love Life, yes you heard and read me right, my Love life, it has been fruitful via 2013, and thank God for my wonderful queen (names withheld), I pray that God will be with her and lead us to that expected end too..
I learnt a lot via 2013, some of them are,
1. that Humility pays.
2. Hard work is only rewarding when you really know what you want and what to do about your goals.
3. Nobody want to know your shortcomings,What matters in the real world is your consistency in being productive and giving results.
2014 is here and I swiftly want to utilise this medium to say "Happy New year to you all", "E ku odun ooo"(in my dialect), I intend to improve on the following..
1. To Be more purposeful and direct about business idea.
2. To Get rid of procrastination.
3. Be more consistent and disciplined.
I thank the blogger, a young man I met just once and since then we have communicated, Prince Chidozie, for this opportunity granted me to feature in this project #31Days31Reflections, I thank you all for reading through my reflections, hope I was able to add a smile on you faces today, do have a fulfilling and success packaged year 2014... Cheers....
