Happy Thursday to you all.....Its the 16th day of our project #31Days31Reflections, and its a unique duo package.. As two reflectors will share their reflections via 2013 with us today, mind you, they are not married o or in any relationship. I sincerely hope that you have been enjoying this epic project.. I pray that all our thanks to God will ascend to him as sweet incense, amen.
Today's reflectors are Elizabeth Ononogbu and Emmanuel Ogu, I really don't know how this occurred but our two reflectors have the Letters "E" starting their first names and "O" starting their Surnames, yea, you are allowed to "wow"; as I said earlier this was not pre-planned but we can simply say that it is "God at Work". Elizabeth is a friend, whom I met sometime in 2011, during a camp meeting, organised by the Adventist students' fellowship, she is a beautiful, kind-hearted girl. We. Exchanged contacts, became friends on facebook and started elucidating little secrets about each other, though I haven't met her again since the last time, I intend staging a visit to her this year. Emmanuel, or Emma as we his friends call him is one "Mr Nice guy" I met in Babcock university. He was a year ahead of me, studied computer sciences or so, but I really enjoyed his humility and "jonzing" ability, he is funny, a lover of music and a friend of God, Today Emma is a teacher in Babcock university, I guess he is with the New Horizon firm, but not too sure, and he is still a close friend. Emma, I hope you still recall our usual greeting practice, where I will say-"Where two or three are gathered.....", and you will reply..."The lord is there"...lols....
Ladies and Gentlemen for the 16th day of this project, I present to you, Elizabeth O. And Emmanuel O. ....enjoy their reflections below...
Hello guys, I am Elizabeth ononogbu, I'm a student and a hair stylist,and An igbo girl from Abia state. I love cooking, travelling, dancing and reading. it is an opportunity for me to be selected to share my reflections through 2013 in this erudite project #31days31reflections program. Wow, 2013 has come and gone, it will never come again, yet for me it is a year God did some silent miracles which i thought won't come to pass and i thank God for it, I thank God specially for his guidance, protection and provision.
I learnt many things in 2013 which are;
1. that the Devil won't put problems and thorns in your way if there is no progress that awaits you in front or ahead.
2. Always change and control whatever situation you find yourself to suit you than you allowing it change you.
3. To be patient and hardworking.
4. Most of all be honest.
Come 2014 i want to improve on the following, to build a close relationship with my God, to add more focus into my work and book, and to improve in all aspect in my love life and with my friends. I want to thank God for giving Prince the grace to be the one who organised this and I pray He will help you in whatever you do, because you are touching a lot of lives directly and indirectly, keep up the good work. Finally, i thank the most high God once again specially for you reading this, may all your heart desires be granted this year.....thanks..
(Below is Emma's reflections, short and precise,you know he is a teacher, lols....
I am Emmanuel C. Ogu, a Teacher and an igbo man. I'm thankful for a wonderful family, lovely friends, a faithful God and a peaceful and prosperous nation; In 2013, I learnt to be more patient, grateful, loving, meek and caring; in 2014, I intend to improve on love, generosity and on my walk with God, sorry for the brief write-up, I am a simple man and love doing things briefly...Cheers...
